Elvyte sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
How a pass is delivered
- Your pass is activated on your Elvyte account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds.
- You can see it straight away under Plans in the app, and you can start sending invitations immediately.
- If the pass is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us with the payment ID and we will activate it or refund you.
How invitations reach guests
When you send an invitation, Elvyte creates a personal web link for each guest straight away. You share those links with your guests on WhatsApp, Telegram, email, SMS or any other way you choose. Guests open them in a browser; there is nothing to download.
Where we serve
The service is available online in India and anywhere guests can open a web page. Payments are taken in Indian rupees.
