Refund and cancellation policy

Passes are one-time payments that start working as soon as you pay. Here is when you can get your money back.

Last updated 26 October 2026

Elvyte passes are digital services that start working as soon as you pay. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Cancellation

Passes are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using Elvyte at any time.

When you can get a full refund

  • Unused pass. If you ask within 7 days of buying and have not sent any invitation or created any guest link with that pass.
  • Charged twice. If the same purchase was charged more than once, the extra payment is refunded in full.
  • Paid but not activated. If you were charged and the pass was not activated, and we cannot activate it for you.

The same rules apply to add-ons such as the Brand kit: refundable within 7 days if it has not been used on an invitation you sent.

When a refund is not available

Once you have sent invitations or created guest links with a pass, it has been used and cannot be refunded, even if you do not use all of it. Unused invitations or guests, and time left on a pass, are not refunded. When a refund is made, the pass or add-on it paid for ends.

How to ask

Email [set VITE_SUPPORT_EMAIL] from your account’s email address with the Razorpay payment ID and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

When the money arrives

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We start them within 2 working days of approval, and banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.

Failed payments

If money left your account but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay normally reverses it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it does not, contact us with the details and we will help.
