Elvyte is an online invitation maker for weddings, engagements, birthdays, naming ceremonies, baby showers, housewarmings, anniversaries and corporate events. You choose an animated design, personalise it, and send every guest their own link. When a guest opens it, the invitation greets them by name, shows every event with directions, and lets them RSVP right on the page.

Yes, to start. The Free plan covers one invitation for up to 5 guests using Classic designs, with a small "Made with Elvyte" badge, and it never expires. When you need more guests or designs, one-time passes start at ₹299.

No. Guests open their link in the browser they already have, on any phone or computer, and see the invitation straight away. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

Sign in with Google, pick a design for your occasion, fill in your names, dates, venues and photos, then publish it and paste in your guest names. Each guest gets a personal link you can send on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or SMS. Yes. Every design can be edited: names, dates, venues, wording, photos, colours and the font of each text field. You can also turn sections of the invitation on or off.

Yes. Add each function as its own event with a date, time, venue, dress code and map link. Guests see the whole schedule on one invitation.

Yes. The editor has a preview that shows the invitation exactly as a guest will see it, on a phone-sized and a desktop-sized screen, so you can check every detail before anyone receives it.

Yes. Edit the invitation and choose Update for guests. Everyone who already has a link sees the corrected version the next time they open it, so you never have to resend.

Write your message once, using placeholders such as {{guest_name}} and {{invitation_link}}. From your guest list, choose WhatsApp next to a guest and Elvyte opens WhatsApp with that guest's name and personal link already filled in. Telegram, email and SMS work the same way, or you can copy any link and share it yourself.

Instead of one link forwarded to everyone, each guest gets their own. The link contains a long random code, the invitation it opens greets that guest by name, and their RSVP is recorded against it. You can see who has opened their invitation.

Up to 5 on the Free plan, 75 on Gathering, 300 on Celebration, 1,000 on Grand and 4,000 on Business. Paste names one per line or separated by commas, and each name gets its own link.

Only to a few devices. Each link opens on a limited number of devices (5 on the Free plan, up to 30 on paid passes), enough for a household, so one guest's link is not passed around a whole group.

Yes. Choose Fix name and the guest gets a new link with the right name. The old link stops working and shows a short note that it was withdrawn.

Yes. Add guests to a published invitation at any time and each one gets a link of their own, up to the guest limit of your pass.

Guests answer right on their invitation: joyfully accept, not sure yet, or regretfully decline, with how many people are coming and an optional message. They can change their answer later. Every answer appears in your guest list.

Yes. Your guest list shows who has opened their invitation, on how many devices, and how each guest has replied.

Yes. Export your guest links as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Yes. Every invitation has an Add to calendar button and a map link for each venue, so guests reach the right place at the right time.

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid passes are one-time payments: Gathering ₹299 (2 invitations, 75 guests, 30 days); Celebration ₹699 (5 invitations, 300 guests, 90 days); Grand ₹1,499 (15 invitations, 1,000 guests, 180 days); Business ₹4,999 (40 invitations, 4,000 guests, 365 days).

No. Passes are one-time payments for a fixed period and never renew. You are never charged again unless you buy another pass.

Invitations you have already sent keep working for your guests. You need a current pass only to send new invitations or add more guests.

Through Razorpay's secure checkout, with UPI, cards, net banking and the other methods Razorpay offers. Elvyte never sees or stores your card details, and checks every payment with Razorpay before activating your pass.

Yes, if you ask within 7 days of buying and have not yet sent an invitation or created a guest link with that pass. A duplicate charge, or a payment for a pass that was never activated, is always refunded in full. The refund policy has the details.

Invitations are private. Each link carries a long random code that cannot be guessed, and invitation pages tell search engines and AI crawlers not to read or index them. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.

Yes, with the Business pass: 40 invitations and 4,000 guests across a year. You can send a client a private link where they edit what you allow, add their own guests and send the invitation themselves.

Yes. With the Brand kit add-on for the Business pass, your business name, logo and website appear on your invitations in place of Elvyte's.
